1. Introduction and Definitions

kraiya is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the kraiya website and all associated services.

• Only one account per person is permitted. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• The name, date of birth, and identity document details provided at registration must be accurate.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to kraiya immediately.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

kraiya may verify your identity at any time. Any of the following documents may be requested during this process:

• National ID Card (NID) or Passport
• Proof of mobile banking account ownership
• Proof of residence

If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on kraiya are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

4.1 Deposits

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 (per method).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Deposits are reflected in your account instantly.
• Deposits from another person's mobile banking account are not permitted.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to the mobile banking number used for the deposit.

• New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000.
• For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500.
• Bonus wagering requirement: 15x (the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times).
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions are met.

5.2 VIP Program

kraiya's VIP program has five tiers, each offering weekly cashback:

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback.
• Diamond: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each promotional offer applies once per account and once per household.
• The deadline to claim a bonus will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.
• kraiya reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer.
• Any attempt to gain bonus benefits using multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All betting activities on kraiya are conducted in accordance with the following rules:

6.1 General Betting Rules

• A placed bet generally cannot be changed or cancelled, unless a "Cash Out" option is available for the specific game.
• kraiya reserves the right to void odds that were issued incorrectly due to a technical error.
• If an event is not completed or is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
• Official sources are used to determine results in sports betting.

6.2 Casino Games

• All casino games are powered by software from verified game providers (Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, and others).
• A Random Number Generator (RNG) is used to determine game outcomes.
• If an internet connection is lost or an unexpected issue occurs during a game, the last server record will be considered final.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Opening multiple accounts or managing another person's account.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software.

• Attempting to launder money obtained from illegal sources through this platform.
• Fraudulent transactions or chargeback claims.
• Any form of harassment or discriminatory behavior toward other users.

Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited. kraiya reserves the right to take legal action in serious cases.

kraiya's maximum liability is always limited to the actual funds present in your balance.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published will be considered as your acceptance of the new terms.
